I have spent a few months on a journey so long.
To share a special family as I listened to their song.
I have met many people, making this time feel so right.
Experiencing their colours, on these days so bright.

I have seen five states and a desert sand red.
I have enjoyed this time it should be said.
To have shared these days and enjoyed the rain.
Added value to my life and removed my pain.

I have appreciated your colours so devoid of grey and brown.
So vivid a display, there was no need to frown.
I have felt your consideration and warmest of thought.
An experience so warm, I have wanted for nought.

So for all my days I will think especially of you.
For you brightened my life with all that you do.
I have "felt your colours" radiate so strong.
As it is for your smile I now simply long.

Your gentle kindness, your soft spoken word.
Appreciated those days all the others absurd.
I have probed and enjoyed your original mind.
For you provide all the inspiration that I find.

To prove I am alive, required days like this.
Not a word be spoken, just a gentle kiss.
For your presence alone, my soul will appeal.
For this love I feel, is most certainly real.

There is only one way to say.

"I Love You"...

But there are thousands of ways to demonstrate.
