Welcome To Sunday...Computer Woes.
They said do not do this but I knew better.
They even wrote and sent me a letter.
If you do this the responsibility is yours.
So give it some thought please do pause.
But this "old duffer" would not be told.
Upgraded his computer he would not hold.
Windows 98 he did install.
This was the start of his downfall.
Corrupted files and missing information.
Icons that change without hesitation.
Mail systems revert back three generations.
No access to news groups no commiseration's.
Now this old computer becomes just Junk.
As I sit with a coffee and biscuit I dunk.
Forget the new hard drive for it will not fit.
Find the hammer and give it a hit.
When software problems become absurd.
Must find the correct four letter word.
Life was much simpler out with the mates.
I wish I had never heard the name Bill Gates.
