A simple appreciation, of your gentle touch
Flies within the wind, driving windmills placed here by the Dutch
Settling upon the water surface, and flowing downstream
As I try so hard, ensuring you understand, just what I mean
Flying within the wind, an appreciation of your original mind
Unfurling the Saint George's flag, for you surely will find
The appreciation I have, knows of no physical boundaries
Feelings so strong, as if forged within our steel foundries
Flying within the wind, an appreciation of your gentleness
For who within this world, would settle for less
"Feeling your colours" the wind spreads love across this countryside
Painting colourful visions, and a beauty I will not hide
Flying within the wind this need of mine so very strong
That it provides the gales, for this is where you belong
Emotions freely scattered, within the wind as if they were dust
For to share the rest of my life with you, becomes a must
