Ever forward, this pathway relentlessly winds
With advancing years, who knows what we find
Walking forward, and stepping out of the shade
Illuminating a beauty, a love that will never fade



So walk forward with me, treasure this heart
Joined as one, never again apart
Fountains of youth, are now all gone
Replaced by rainbows, and a love so strong



These majestic walls, stood the test of time
With this love, life will be just fine
Turn this corner, and enjoy the other side
Life’s cascade of colours, we will not hide
